EMOM Gymnastics Barbell

EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bar Muscle-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)

Equipment: Barbell


Instructions: Perform 5 Bar Muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 Overhead Squats with the designated weight on the even minutes. Rest the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.


Note: This workout combines gymnastics and weightlifting movements to challenge both strength and skill. Make sure to scale the movements accordingly to your skill level.
