- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Strict Ring Dips
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups
Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Time cap of 20 minutes.
