EMOM Gymnastics Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups


Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 15 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement throughout the workout.
