EMOM Gymnastics BenchEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Air Squats
Equipment: Bench
Instructions: Complete the specified reps of each movement every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and pick up with the next movement on the following minute. Adjust the difficulty of the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
