AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Double Unders

- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 wall balls, 20 sit-ups, and 25 double unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration.
