AMRAP Gymnastics Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double Unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Push yourself to keep moving and challenge your gymnastics skills.
