- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
Equipment: Medicine Ball
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
