EMOM Gymnastics Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder (40/30 lbs)
Notes:
- Complete the designated reps within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining proper form during the Toes-to-Bar and explosiveness during the Slam Ball movements.
