EMOM Gymnastics Peg Board

EMOM x 15:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 5 Peg Board Ascents


Instructions:
- Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups every odd minute and 5 peg board ascents every even minute for a total of 15 minutes.
- Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain strict form throughout the workout.
- If unable to perform strict handstand push-ups, scale to kipping or pike push-ups.
- Ensure proper technique and safety measures are in place when ascending the peg board.
