  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:


  • Box for handstand push-ups

Instructions:


Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to scale the movement if needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
