EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Wall Balls
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Notes:
- Complete 5 Wall Balls and 10 Toes-to-Bar within each minute.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale reps or movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
