Tabata Gymnastics SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
- Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on the SkiErg.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of Toes-to-Bar.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Push yourself to maintain a consistent effort throughout each Tabata interval.
