EMOM Gymnastics Medicine BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 12 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Instructions:
Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 12 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes. If you fail to complete the required reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and resume on the next minute. This workout will challenge both your core strength and shoulder endurance. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
