EMOM Gymnastics Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
Instructions:
Complete 15 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute and 15 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. Use the remaining time within each minute to rest before starting the next set. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
