Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain good form throughout each round and push yourself to keep a consistent effort level. Adjust the difficulty by using bands for assistance or adding weight if needed.
