  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Scale pistols to assisted pistols or air squats if needed.
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in the 15 minutes.
