EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 15 Air Squats

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Handstand Push-up Modification: Pike Push-ups or Hand Release Push-ups


Notes: This workout will challenge your gymnastic skills and lower body endurance. Scale the reps or movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM.
