- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Burpee Box Jumps
- 10 Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Assault Bike
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete each set of reps before moving on to the next movement. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
