Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Gymnastics Movement:
- Every 2 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata Kettlebell Swings, alternating 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest.
- Every 2 minutes, perform 10 Handstand Push-ups.
- Continue until all rounds are completed.
