EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike


Instructions:
- Each minute, complete the designated gymnastics movement followed by the calorie target on the Assault Bike.
- Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
- Focus on maintaining good form on the gymnastics movements and pushing through the bike sprints.
