  • 30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Rig for Toes to Bar, Chest to Bar Pull-ups, and Ring Muscle-ups
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
