- 30 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
- 10 Rope Climbs
Equipment:
- Rope for Double-unders and Rope Climbs
- Pull-up bar for Toes-to-bar and Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
