  • 50 Double-unders
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rope for Double-unders and Rope Climbs
- Pull-up bar for Toes-to-bar and Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety. Focus on quality movement over speed.
