EMOM Gymnastics Barbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Bar Muscle-Ups
- Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps


Equipment:
- Barbell for optional warm-up or cool down
- Box for Box Jumps


Notes:
This workout will challenge your gymnastic skills with bar muscle-ups and your explosiveness with box jumps. Rest as needed between each minute to ensure proper form and technique throughout the workout.
