AMRAP Gymnastics Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 12 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 18 Wall Balls

Equipment:


  • Medicine Ball

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 12 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 18 wall balls. Modify movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed for scoring purposes.
