AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout. Have fun and push yourself!
