For Time Gymnastics Medicine BallFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball for Burpee Box Jumps
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement.
