EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 strict pull-ups + 5 strict handstand push-ups
  • Even minutes: 3 peg board climbs

Notes: Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the entire workout. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure quality reps.
