- Odd minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
This workout will challenge your upper body strength and core stability. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed. For the toes-to-bar, focus on maintaining a strong kip swing to efficiently cycle through the reps. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality movement throughout the workout.
