  • 50 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Pull-Ups
  • 20 Pistol Squats (10 each leg)
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Dumbbell for Pistol Squats
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
