For Time:
- 50 Double Unders
- 30 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 10 Rope Climbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This chipper workout will test your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout. Remember to push yourself while maintaining safety and technique.
