EMOM Gymnastics Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Instructions:
Perform the designated reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout.
