For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 20 Pistol Squats (per leg)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps

Equipment: Dumbbell (optional for added challenge)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
