Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Toes to Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike plus total reps of Handstand Push-ups and Toes to Bar combined.
- Challenge yourself to maintain intensity throughout each Tabata round.
