Tabata Gymnastics BoxTabata Workout:
- Tabata Pull-Ups
- Tabata Handstand Push-Ups
- Tabata Toes-to-Bar
- Tabata Hollow Body Hold
Equipment: Pull-Up Bar, Box for Handstand Push-Ups, Pull-Up Bar for Toes-to-Bar
Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds (4 minutes per exercise)
Instructions: Complete each Tabata interval for each exercise before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval.
