  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 50 GHD Sit-ups

Equipment: Peg Board, Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Break up the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to scale movements if needed to maintain proper form and safety.
