Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Bench

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Complete all 50 reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Time cap of 20 minutes.
