  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of one movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
