EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 12 Kettlebell Swings + 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 12 Kettlebell Goblet Squats + 10 Toes-to-Bar

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets.
Gymnastic Scaling: Modify handstand push-ups to pike push-ups and toes-to-bar to knee raises if needed.


This workout will challenge your strength and coordination with a mix of kettlebell work and gymnastics movements. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each minute.
