- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft each)

- Pull-up bar
- Rings
- Box for handstand push-ups
- Open space for handstand walks
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
