Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Equipment: Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups and Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
