For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups and Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
