  • 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion.
