AMRAP Gymnastics Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 25 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Bench for box jumps
- Wall for handstand push-ups


Notes:
This workout will test your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the entire 15 minutes. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to get as many rounds as possible.
