For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each set of gymnastics movements unbroken before moving on to the next set. The handstand push-ups should be completed with a strict or kipping technique, based on your ability. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
