AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 strict handstand push-ups, 15 toes to bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
