EMOM Gymnastics BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Box for scaling or modifying movements
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 5 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Scale or modify movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
