  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Burpee Muscle-ups

Kettlebell: Use a 53/35 lb kettlebell for the Toes-to-Bar and Pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
