Tabata Gymnastics DumbbellTabata Workout:
- Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms) x 20 seconds
- Rest x 10 seconds
- Toes-to-Bar x 20 seconds
- Rest x 10 seconds
Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement)
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Complete as many reps as possible within the 20-second work period, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. The goal is to push yourself during each work interval while maintaining quality movement patterns. Focus on efficient transitions between movements to maximize your work time.
