EMOM Gymnastics Resistance BandEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling options
Instructions:
Complete the prescribed number of reps for each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Use the resistance band for assistance with the handstand push-ups if needed. This workout will challenge both upper body pushing strength and core stability.
