EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Medicine Ball


Notes: Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute and 10 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. Scale reps as needed to maintain quality movement throughout the workout.
