For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups


Equipment:
- Bench (for Burpee Box Jumps)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
